A Cat Reflecting

There's nothing more intriguing than a cat doing...nothing.  I took a photo of my cat Kingsee quietly sitting at the front door, waiting for it to magically open.  He sat there so long, I came to the conclusion that he was doing a "door meditation" -- perhaps contemplating how it is that doors open, when they open, and if they will open at all.  A painting, of course, was the result.
